| John Choly John Choly has been involved in the performing and visual arts for the past twenty three years. Born in Westchester County, he grew up in Connecticut and now makes his home Providence, Rhode Island. Since childhood, John has had a strong interest in acting and painting. During his junior year at Farifield Prep, he discovered an affinity for watercolor. After graduation from St. Leo College with a degree in theater and education, he studied with several artist and attended the Silvermine Artists’ Guild in New Canaan, CT. During this time, he realized that watercolor was more than a passing interest. The Natural world is frequently the subject of John’s watercolors. His work is in numerous galleries, corporations and private collections in New England and the New York area. back |
